My name is Frances Hernandez. I am a licensed Cosmetologist located in Fort Smith serving the River Valley and NWA area. I do everything from color, haircuts, hairstyle, etc. I also offer group bookings and trial appointments for bridal parties and quinceaneras.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 40% cancellation fee for any no-call/no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours or less of the scheduled appointment Late Fee If you are late, there is a $15 late fee after 10 minutes. If you are not there after 15 minutes, your appointment can be canceled and charged as a no-show. Events Deposit is required to reserve your day. Deposits are non-refundable! Deposits do go towards your total. Cash/Card ONLY If paying with a card, there is a 2.6% transaction fee.
